At 2:00 pm on July 5, 2021, the School of Marxism held a Graduate Development Seminar at meeting room X31325 with the aim to improve the development level for master’s students. All master’s advisors of the School attended the seminar which was hosted by Deputy Dean Xie Yu.
This seminar took the School’s overall revision of the graduate development system as an opportunity to pay more attention to the development process and standardize process management for graduate student development. After several seminars, the School formulated the latest training plan and implemented all the links and details.
During the seminar, Dean Xie gave a detailed explanation for the advisors from 5 aspects, including advisor selection and management requirements; 2021 master’s student development plan; graduate process management; graduate development thinking, work planning, and prospects. Besides, he communicated with the advisors on their issues in the current graduate development, learned about the current related problems encountered by advisors, and offered relevant suggestions. At 3 pm, the seminar ended smoothly.
