Please prepare the relevant materials and fill in WS01-WS09 according to the template (see Attachment for the form and filling template), refer to the external examination and defense of doctoral dissertation process at https://gsnews.swjtu.edu.cn/info/1063/4743.htm and to the workflow of degree conferment and operation guide for online degree application and examination at /info/1039/7302.htm, and complete the relevant materials by visiting the Student Achievement Management and Degree Application Management Application pages on the Graduate School website.
After filling out the form, please make sure to keep all the original paper documents, and submit them to school as required before submitting your defense.
